Graves Engineering is often called upon to assess a potential project's feasibility for development; sometimes referred to as a due diligence assessment. This work may include conceptual layout schemes, evaluation of zoning and environmental constraints, site access, availability of utilities, off-site enhancements, construction costs, and permitting requirements.
