Wagner Audi

The development of a remaining portion of land on Route 9 in Shrewsbury into a luxury automobile dealership. This is the third such luxury automobile dealership in the Wagner Motors complex. GEI was retained to provide topographic survey, design, permitting and construction administration services. The project included the following:

• Prepare design drawings for the redevelopment of a parking lot into a luxury automobile dealership including layout, grading, water, sewer, drainage and stormwater management utilities.

• Special design attention was needed to coordinate with the abutting dealerships and meeting the desired site elements of the automaker.

• Emphasis on visually appealing site design given the extremely high visibility site on a major thoroughfare (Route 9) and a luxury automobile line.

• Permit the project through the Town of Shrewsbury Planning Board.

• Prepare a SWPPP and federal Notice of Intent under the EPA’s NPDES program.

• Provide construction administration services such as site inspections, shop drawing reviews and construction stakeout.
