Leominster Road Commercial Development

GEI was retained to provide topographic survey and engineering services for local and state acceptance of a commercial project begun by others. The project included the following:

• Perform a detailed topographic survey and engineering assessment to obtain a Certificate of Compliance from the Sterling Conservation Commission.

• Prepare a post-facto application to MassDOT for access to a state highway.

• Provide survey services and assessment of encroachment onto the site property by abutters.
