Herlihy Insurance

The redevelopment of a site containing an abandoned 8,200 square foot building into the new main office for the Herlihy Insurance Group. GEI was retained to provide topographic survey, design and permitting services. The project included the following:

• Prepared design drawings for the full redevelopment of the site including grading, parking, drainage and stormwater management, water and sewer utilities, and landscaping.

• Special stabilization measures for a 25-foot high, 2:1 to 1:1 existing slope along the rear of the site

• Permit the project through the City of Worcester Conservation Commission with preparation of a Notice of Intent.

• Permit the project through the City of Worcester Planning Board for a site plan permit.
