Davis Hill Elementary School

GEI was first retained by the Town of Holden to design and permit offsite drainage systems for the proposed Davis Hill Elementary School. Then, during construction of the school, GEI was retained by C.C.&M, Inc. to perform construction stakeout survey services for the project. The project included the following:

• Design school-dedicated offsite drainage system in an existing public way to convey site runoff to an outfall.

• Permit the off-site drainage design through Holden Conservation Commission, DEP, and DCR (then MDC).

• Prepare bid documents and assist with public bidding of the offsite drainage improvements.

• During construction, coordinate and perform stakeout of the extensive site improvements including buildings, parking areas, driveways, utilities, sidewalks, ball fields, fences, and other site features.
