Dairy Queen

Dairy Queen wished to renovate the existing site including a building expansion, creation of an outdoor dining area, and re-organization of the drive-through. GEI was retained to provide topographic survey, design, and permitting the project. The project included the following:

• Conduct detailed topographic and boundary line surveys to establish existing conditions.

• Perform site design including layout of the building expansion, outdoor dining area, new drive-through, sidewalks and handicap access, driveways and parking areas.

• Coordinate with MassDOT for alterations to state highway access and work within the state highway layout.

• Permit the project through the Spencer Planning Board, Zoning Board of Appeals, and MassDOT.
