The development of a commercial shopping building and associated site improvements on a 2 acre site. The project included a drive-thru pharmacy window and two curb cuts. The project included the following:
• Peer review of the site plans for compliance with zoning by-laws including site plan design, state stormwater management policies, sediment & erosion control measures, and standard engineering practices.
• Major peer review issues included site access, curb cuts, traffic circulation, compliance to stormwater management policies, abutter drainage issues, and intersection redesign including new turning lanes and traffic signalization.
• Provided intermittent construction inspections for compliance with approved site plans.
• Peer review of the as-built plans for conformance with the approved site plans.
