GEI was retained to provide topographic survey, design, permitting and construction administration services for expansion of the existing site. The project included the following:

• Prepared design drawings for a building addition with new loading docks including layout, grading, water, sewer, drainage and stormwater management utilities.

• Permit the project through the Town of Auburn Conservation Commission.

• Provide construction administration services such as site inspections, shop drawing reviews and construction stakeout.
