Introduction

Graves Engineering performs site design for various residential, commercial, municipal, and institutional clients. These projects often require the creation of new subdivisions with individual lots. Each project generally includes site layout geometry, grading, drainage, stormwater management, utilities, sediment/erosion control, and construction sequencing/phasing plans. In addition, these projects usually require multiple permits prior to any construction.
