Introduction
Graves Engineering, Inc. has a staff of six experienced employees. We have three registered Professional Engineers with licenses in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. Two of the registered Professional Engineers are also Licensed Soil Evaluators. One certified Engineer-In-Training rounds out our professional staff. As our employees have diverse civil engineering backgrounds with extensive experience, they are well suited to serve our clients. We pride ourselves on being thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to our clients' needs
Principal Staff
Donald J. Graves, P.E., President
Mr. Graves has forty years of professional consulting and design experience dealing with water, wastewater, and site engineering services for the public, semi-public, and private market sectors. As President and Chief Engineer of the company, Mr. Graves oversees all projects including civil engineering and general consulting for commercial, institutional, and municipal clients. Mr. Graves is also responsible for technical direction, professional ethics, corporate policies and procedures, project management, marketing, business development, in-house quality control, and office administration.
Michael Andrade, P.E., Project Manager
Mr. Andrade has twelve years of professional experience with exceptional strengths in municipal consulting, site development engineering, project permitting, and wastewater engineering. As a licensed Soils Evaluator, Mr. Andrade also conducts field soil testing for septic systems and conducts/witnesses test pits for storm water recharge. Mr. Andrade is also a licensed Title 5 System Inspector.
Jeffrey Walsh, P.E., Project Manager
Mr. Walsh’s background is quite diverse including construction, design engineering, engineering assessments, and general consulting. With over fifteen years of experience, Mr. Walsh has the technical knowledge and common sense approach that clients appreciate. Mr. Walsh is also a licensed Soils Evaluator.
Courtney Rheault, E.I.T Staff Engineer
Ms. Rheault has been with the company for three years. She works with project managers on commercial and residential site design and assists with design peer reviews. Ms. Rheault also performs field engineering and construction monitoring of both residential and commercial projects.
