As registered professional civil engineers, we focus on four major business market areas; namely, municipal general consulting, waterworks engineering, wastewater engineering, and site development engineering. Graves Engineering, Inc. offers engineering assessments and studies, design engineering, project permitting, bid phase assistance, field resident construction observation, and construction administration services to various public and private organizations. Water and wastewater engineering is commonly performed for municipalities. Site development engineering services are provided to residential, commercial, municipal, and institutional clients. Essentially all design projects include some form of local, state, or federal permitting. Permits may include zoning variances or special permits, sewer connection/extension permits, definitive subdivision approvals, site plan approvals, and wetlands protection permitting to name a few. Graves Engineering also provides topographic surveys as well as construction stake-out. |
